Xycore Inc is committed to providing reliable and timely delivery of our welding consumables and related products. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation and payment verification.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM (ET) may be processed on the next business day.
  • Custom, bulk, or special-order items may require additional processing time. Customers will be notified if extended lead times apply.

2. Shipping Locations

  • Xycore Inc ships orders from our U.S. warehouses, including but not limited to New Jersey and Georgia, depending on product availability and destination.
  • We currently ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us directly at info@xycoreinc.com.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

  • We ship via reputable carriers such as UPS, FedEx, LTL freight carriers, or customer-designated carriers, depending on order size and delivery requirements.
  • Shipping method selection may be based on weight, dimensions, hazardous classification (if applicable), and delivery location.
  • Freight shipments may require a commercial delivery address with loading dock or forklift access.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout or quoted separately for freight and bulk orders.
  • Rates are based on package weight, dimensions, shipping method, and destination.
  • Any additional charges related to special handling, residential delivery, limited access locations, or re-delivery attempts are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Estimated delivery times vary based on carrier and destination.
  • Standard ground shipping typically delivers within 1–5 business days after shipment, depending on location.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available upon request.
  • Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated.

6. Order Tracking

  • Once an order ships, tracking information will be provided via email or invoice, where applicable.
  • Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment status and coordinating receipt of freight deliveries.

7. Freight Shipments & Delivery Requirements

  • For LTL or truckload shipments, customers must ensure someone is available to receive the shipment during the carrier’s delivery window.
  • Failed delivery attempts, detention charges, storage fees, or re-delivery costs incurred due to customer unavailability will be billed to the customer.
  • Customers must inspect freight shipments upon delivery and note any visible damage or shortages on the carrier’s delivery receipt before signing.

8. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Any damage or shortage must be reported to Xycore Inc within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Claims for freight damage must include photos of the product, packaging, and delivery paperwork.
  • Xycore Inc is not responsible for carrier delays, acts of God, or circumstances beyond our control; however, we will assist customers in filing carrier claims when applicable.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at the time of order.
  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays, additional charges, or return-to-sender fees, which will be the customer’s responsibility.

10. Title & Risk of Loss

  • Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon shipment from Xycore Inc’s facility, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

11. Changes & Cancellations

  • Requests to modify or cancel orders must be submitted promptly.
  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • Additional charges may apply for changes made after order processing has begun.
